Modification Fees

Customers are encouraged to contact us to modify their reservation if their plans change. Modification fees will be applied based on the type and timing of the requested changes.

Change of Pickup / Drop-off Date or Time

• Requested 3 days or more before the scheduled pickup date: RM20
• Requested less than 3 days before or on the scheduled pickup date: RM60

Change of Vehicle Category

• Requested 3 days or more before the scheduled pickup date: RM20

Change of Additional Features (e.g. GPS, Child Seat)

• No modification fee.

Exemptions

Certain changes may be exempt from modification fees, such as adding or removing drivers (unless it affects the rental rate) or updating contact information.
