Key Pickup

• Only the customer who made the booking is authorised to receive the key for the rental vehicle.
• The customer must present valid identification as specified below to receive the key.

Identification Requirement

• Customers must present original identification documents — a valid IC (Identity Card) or passport, valid visa for passport holders, and a valid driving licence.
• The customer's identification details must match the information provided during the booking process.
• Failure to present valid identification may result in the refusal of rental services.

Vehicle Condition Inspection

• Prior to accepting the rental vehicle, customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the vehicle's condition.
• Customers are encouraged to document the vehicle's condition by taking pictures and videos.
• Any pre-existing damage or discrepancies should be clearly recorded and reported to the rental car company staff.
• Customers should retain the record of the vehicle's condition until the vehicle is returned.
